Free Hot Meals

May 14, 2026

At M&C Foundation, we believe that no individual or family should struggle to access a warm and nutritious meal. Our Free Hot Meals Programme was created to support vulnerable members of the community, including low-income families, elderly individuals, refugees, asylum seekers, and people facing temporary hardship.

Every week, our volunteers prepare and distribute freshly cooked meals in a welcoming and respectful environment. Beyond food support, the programme also helps bring people together, reduce isolation, and strengthen community connections.

We understand that many families face rising living costs and difficult circumstances. Through this initiative, M&C Foundation aims to provide practical support while ensuring dignity, compassion, and care for everyone who attends.

Our programme regularly supports:

  • Families experiencing financial difficulties
  • Elderly community members living alone
  • Refugees and newly arrived families
  • Mothers and children in need of assistance
  • Individuals facing temporary crisis situations

The Free Hot Meals Programme is made possible through the support of volunteers, donors, and local community partners who share our vision of creating a stronger and more caring society.

Together, we can continue making a positive difference — one meal at a time.
