The winter support came at a very difficult time for my family. With the rising cost of food, heating and electricity, I was struggling to manage basic household expenses. The support helped me buy essentials and keep my home warm during the cold weather. It reduced a lot of stress and gave me peace of mind knowing that there are organisations in the community that care and are willing to help families like mine.
